Unrestricted access to all property is guaranteed by the deed which is registered with the Nova Scotia Land Registry System. These access rights are conveyed with the land.
As owner of the property you are free to sell, endow, bequeath or mortgage your property.

The Agreement of Purchase and Sale

A written agreement (Purchase and Sales Agreement) is required and is drafted by a lawyer. You can either proceed with the same lawyer or choose one you prefer. Together we will develop an agreement tailored to the needs of both parties.

We assist you in your property purchase by recommending a competent lawyer to assist you in your purchase. We also assist in helping you in obtaining a surveyor, or directing you to the proper government authorities. We will do whatever you need in order to make you comfortable with your new property purchase.
